About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our client's engineering team based in Luanda, Angola.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of oil and gas facility engineering projects, providing process engineering expertise across water treatment systems, technical analysis, engineering design, and project documentation.

Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, and project stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with international EPC standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide process engineering support for Water Treatment Plants (WTP/WWTP) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems used in oil & gas facilities.
Carry out technical analysis and process design reviews in accordance with international engineering standards (API, ASME, ISO).
Prepare, review and maintain engineering documentation including PFDs, P&IDs and process datasheets.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Laser Scanning, 3D Modelling, Detail Engineering, Inspection and Integrity.
Support engineering activities across international workshare teams in Angola, India and Malaysia.
Assist with engineering audits and implement corrective actions to improve project performance.
Liaise with client engineering teams and materials management departments to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Ensure engineering deliverables meet client requirements and international quality standards.
Provide technical support throughout all stages of engineering projects.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
3–6 years' experience as a Process Engineer within the Oil & Gas industry.
Experience with Water Treatment (WTP/WWTP) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
Strong knowledge of API, ASME and ISO engineering standards.
Experience preparing PFDs, P&IDs and process datasheets.
Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work within multidisciplinary and international engineering teams.

Desirable

Experience working on EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.
Experience supporting international workshare engineering teams.
Knowledge of engineering quality management systems and audit processes.
Experience working on oil & gas production or processing facilities.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's growing commercial team division, based in London, within the roofing construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with 1–3 years' experience looking to develop their career in quantity surveying.

Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, you will gain hands-on experience across all commercial aspects of roofing projects, from tendering and procurement through to cost control, valuations, and final accounts. You will receive ongoing training and support to develop your technical knowledge and commercial skills while contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for roofing projects.
Measure quantities from drawings, specifications, and site surveys under the guidance of senior team members.
Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and pricing schedules.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and assist with their evaluation.
Assist in the procurement of roofing materials and subcontract packages.
Prepare supporting documentation for interim valuations and applications for payment.
Assist with assessing subcontractor applications and preparing payment recommendations.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow, reporting any variances to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Assist in the preparation and management of variations, change orders, and final accounts.
Maintain accurate commercial records, cost reports, and project documentation.
Attend site visits and progress meetings to gain practical commercial experience.
Liaise with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to support project delivery.
Monitor labour, material, and plant costs to help maximise project profitability.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, commercial policies, and health and safety requirements.
Assist with contract administration in accordance with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
Carry out general commercial and administrative duties to support the commercial team.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
1–3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry.
Basic understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
Knowledge of estimating, procurement, cost control, valuations, and commercial reporting.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Desirable

Experience within the roofing, cladding, or wider building envelope sector.
Familiarity with Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and quantity take-offs.
Experience using quantity surveying or estimating software.
Knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
Membership of, or working towards membership with, RICS or CIOB.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's roofing division, based in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the commercial management of multiple roofing projects across London and the South East, from pre-construction through to final account.

Working closely with the Commercial Director, Project Managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining the highest commercial and contractual standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the commercial management of multiple roofing projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Prepare, review, and approve detailed cost estimates, tenders, budgets, and pricing submissions.
Develop commercial strategies to maximise project profitability.
Manage the procurement of subcontractors and major material packages.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and commercial terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
Review and certify subcontractor valuations and final accounts.
Lead the management of variations, compensation events, contractual claims, and dispute resolution.
Produce and review monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), forecasts, and commercial reports.
Monitor project cash flow, margins, and overall financial performance.
Provide commercial advice and support to Project Managers and senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations under JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts.
Identify commercial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Lead negotiations relating to disputes, claims, and final account settlements.
Mentor and support Junior Quantity Surveyors and commercial team members.
Attend client meetings as the primary commercial representative.
Support business development through tender submissions and pricing strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, governance, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor project performance against KPIs and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Ensure all commercial decisions align with company objectives, profitability targets, and industry best practice.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

Degree, HNC, or HND in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' Quantity Surveying experience within the roofing industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, and bespoke forms of contract.
Proven experience managing the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and financial management abilities, including CVRs, forecasting, valuations, and final accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and commercial management software.
Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

RICS membership or working towards chartership.
Experience across commercial, residential, industrial, and public sector roofing projects.
Knowledge of roofing, waterproofing, cladding, and building envelope systems.
